Fee structure

• Screening consultation: Fixed fee. We assess your pathway, waiting period, complications, and provide a written quote.
• Rehabilitation application package: Fixed fee quoted after screening. Includes drafting, filing, Gazette notice, service, and appearing at the hearing.
• Disbursements: Itemised separately — Government Gazette notice, sheriff’s fees, certified copies, travel if required.
• Post-order administration: Fixed fee for bureau notification, confirmatory letters, and certified copies.
