The documents needed depend on your pathway and your estate’s history. This is a general checklist. We will confirm exactly what is needed during the screening consultation.

Standard document checklist

• Certified copy of your identity document or passport
• Certified copy of your sequestration order
• Trustee’s first and final account (confirmed by the Master)
• Master’s confirmation that the account was confirmed
• Proof of your current residential address (FICA)
• List of all creditors and amounts (if available)
• Proof of any payments made to creditors post-sequestration
• Marriage certificate and antenuptial contract (if applicable)
• Any prior rehabilitation application documents
